Bring the dreamware.Leave with the product.
A community for techpreneurs turning ideas into reality. Software, IoT devices, hardware or tech-enabled ventures: show the build, get honest feedback, ship the next version.
Every product started as dreamware. An idea in a notes app. A sketch on a napkin. A thought at 2am. The Foundry is where it gets forged into a product.
The three stages of the build.
From a raw thought in notes to a deployed release that real people can touch.
Dreamware.
Bring the idea, however rough. You'll shape it into something a real user can try.

Forging.
Build in the open with other builders. Weekly check-ins, honest reviews, people who have shipped before.

Product.
Ship a version people can touch, test or use. Whether software or hardware, ship the next release.

Inside the Foundry.
Not passive networking. Structured routines engineered to get code committed and releases deployed.
Build reviews
Show your product, get specific feedback from builders.
Forge sessions
Focused working sessions where you ship instead of talk.
Demo days
Present what you built. Real users, real questions.
Accountability
Say what you'll ship this week. Come back and show it.
Founder notes
Lessons from building products and companies in Africa.
Who the Foundry is for.
For you if
- →you have an idea you keep coming back to
- →you're building nights and weekends
- →you've shipped once and want to do it again, better
Not for you if
- →you want a pitch-deck competition
- →you're looking for investors before users
- →you want motivation without building
Dreamware Foundry Circle
A smaller room for builders who are shipping. Closer feedback, deeper sessions, and people who hold you to your next release.

Tuition is fully sponsored for this inaugural 12-week cohort. You bring code, momentum, and active dedication; we provide the forge, direct 1:1 teardowns with Oluwagbenga Matthew, and the demo platform.
You must have a real product, prototype, or codebase already in progress. Submit your build details and proof link. Selection call and decision within 7 days.

Why we forged this room.
I spent ten years inside Nigeria's payments rails, building the systems that move money between banks, terminals and phones. Along the way I started my own products. Some shipped. Some are still dreamware.
Here is what I learned: ideas rarely die from a lack of talent. They die in isolation, with nobody asking what you shipped this week.
Dreamware Foundry is that room. Builders showing real work, honest feedback, and the next version on the table. If you have an idea you keep coming back to, bring it. We'll forge it together.
Bring your dreamware.
